3 Tips to Get to 8% – 10% Body Fat

I am going to sound like a total douchebag for saying this..

But yes..

It’s pretty damn cool to have my six pack show even when I am not flexing.

Maybe its because I just got lucky? Or maybe its because I gave my self certain rules and daily habits to follow to ensure that I keep only an 8% to 10% body fat while still being able to eat the foods that I like (pizza, burgers, and anything with cheese).

Even though I talk a lot of stuff about business and entrepreneurship, there are so many comments that I get asking how they can get a better physique.

And in today’s blog, we’re gonna talk about exactly how you can get to that 8 to 10% body fat in three simple steps.

So the first thing that we wanna do in order to get to this is to really put a highlight on your daily habits.

Now if you master the daily habits, slowly and surely you’re gonna start chiseling those fats and start becoming the person that you want to be and basically develop the body that you desire to have.

Tip #1: JUMP ROPE

So every single morning right when I wake up, the first thing I do before eating and before doing anything is I grab my jump rope.

I do 3 sets of 3 minutes of jump rope. That’s like around 10 minutes guys!

Believe it or not, anyone have 10 minutes to commit to that simple habit.

Now even though the 10 minutes of jump roping won’t change your life in a snap, slowly and surely as you do it more and more, it will start shaping the physique that you want.

For example if you eat a cake, that one slice of cake won’t make you fat. But slowly and surely the more you eat cake on a daily basis, it compounds, right?

It’s kind of like the compound effect. So a penny that doubles every single day for 30 days turns into $5.36 million dollars.

Now the penny won’t change your life, but if it doubles every single day for 30 days, the $5.36 million dollars will change your life!

Well, it’s the same with your health habits. If you just commit to getting a simple jump rope and committing to just three sets of 3 minutes every single day before you do anything. .

Like I said, it will definitely transform your life like crazy!

Tip #2: INTERMITTENT FASTING

Just this morning at 6 a.m., we took some epic shots of video with some of our friends here in Indonesia.

And when we came back after an hour, one of the girls that we were with asked me if we could start having breakfast.

So I told her, no,  I never eat breakfast!

It’s crazy but that’s the power of intermittent fasting.

You literally skip your breakfast and you divide that up between your lunch and dinner. So my first meal is around 1 to 2 p.m. and then my second meal is around about 7 to 8 p.m.

And I always make sure that I stack up on protein because one of my close friends who’s also my fitness coach, Aaron Darko from alphashredding.com, always reminds me to load on protein.

Tip #3: COMPOUND EXERCISE

Now the third thing that we want to go over after you get your morning habits and after you get started with intermittent fasting is focusing on compound exercises.

There are so many people who go to the gym and think that they’re gonna start losing weight and get bigger biceps if they just do 30 biceps every single day and do squat reps.

But what’s more powerful about compound movement is you’re literally working on your entire nervous system.

That’s working out multiple muscles.

So now when you’re doing those compound movements, you’ll surely burn fat faster while maintaining that chiseled feature.

And since I normally don’t have the time to go to the gym, here’s how I do it:

  • Headstand / headstand push-ups (check out my video on how I do it right next to a wall)
  • Squats / try doing it with one leg, too
  • Push-ups
  • Pull-ups

Add that to your workout every other day!

Guys, you do not need a gym for these and you do not need expensive equipment.

To be honest, I’ve been doing this for two years and this is while I’m traveling and while eating crappy food while maintaining the physique. And it’s because I followed these three simple steps that my health mentor taught me: Jump Rope, Intermittent Fasting, & Compound Exercises.
