We’re currently back in Bali.
As you can see from my video above, there are a bunch of kite surfers in the background just doing crazy things and living life.
That’s one of the biggest things that I’m gonna share to you guys today.
And it’s about getting out of your head and “into your body.”
Just like what happens when people are windsurfing, goofing around, and just living a life of action and adventure.
The thing about a morning ritual is, it primes your body for the rest of the day.
This is more about honing whatever you do in the morning. .
Because what you do in the first two hours of the day will literally take you onward for the rest of your life!
It’s what gives you the momentum to actually create crazy and drastic change in your life.
And here’s the most important part about doing your morning rituals…
YOU GOTTA STAY CONSISTENT.
Because if you master this, it’s gonna produce a continuous positive momentum that happens by default every single day you wake up.
Remember what I said in the past . .
Motion creates emotion.
Now let me talk about the 7 MORNING RITUALS that I’ve been doing every single day that has literally pumped me up and prepared me to reach my goals in life.
These 7 rituals are the ones that has put me in the right state of mind to really accomplish everything that I want.
#1 JUMP OUT OF BED
So immediately, when I wake up, the first thing I do is I literally jump out of my bed.
Right after that, I do 10 burpees to jumpstart and train my body to wake the hell up.
Because what you guys don’t understand is that, how you train your body to respond to that alarm clock every single morning, will be the same as how you’re going to act when it comes to your goals.
Here’s the thing guys…
If you’re not gonna go at it with laser speed and laser focus, then you’re gonna do the same with the rest of what comes at you in life.
Remember, how you do ANYTHING, is how you do EVERYTHING!
Which is why the minute I open my eyes each morning, I always make sure that I get into my body as fast as possible.
I don’t look at my phone or social media.
I literally jump out of bed and do the burpees.
#2 DRINK WATER
Now, the next thing I do is drink water.
A lot of times, we wake up dehydrated due to the length of hours that we spend on our beds asleep.
The problem with some people is instead of hydrating their bodies naturally, they choke down coffee just to get pumped up.
As for me, the best way I see fit is to drink Kangen water. This is really one of the coolest and the healthiest biohack, literally loading yourself up with alkaline water.
I definitely recommend it.
So what I would do is to put a little bit of sea salt in it.
What it does is it gives your body the minerals it needs in order to function well for the day.
Note that if you drink too much water without minerals, it’s actually really bad for you!
#3 MOTIVATIONAL AUDIO CLIPS
The third thing that I do when I wake up is to listen to motivational audio clips.
I’m talking about Les Brown, Tony Robbins, Brendon Burchard, or Eric Thomas.
If you want to succeed as bad as you want, breathe the right type of stuff.
It’s the coolest thing . .
Because the moment you start training your brain to be motivated externally, that’s kind of how you also train your body to be motivated internally for the rest of the day!
#4 BREATHING EXERCISES
The fourth thing that I do is to perform my breathing exercises.
There’s this cool thing called the Wim Hof Method.
And if you saw the How to Get Everything in Life video that I did a couple weeks back, I was able to tackle about this.
The crazy thing about this is that it primes your body with oxygen.
Which is why the first thing that you want to do when you wake up instead of drinking coffee . .
Is to give your body the water, the minerals, and most importantly the oxygen that it needs.
And that’s where breathing exercises come in.
Most of the time, you’re not energetic because of the fact that your body cells aren’t properly oxygenated.
So what I do every single day is I literally take thirty deep breaths.. (I did a sample of how I do this like crazy.. You’ll definitely love it! So check out my video above!)
I do rapid breathing 30 times in and out using my diaphragm muscles.
And on the last one, you breathe all the way in and you hold your breath for as long as you can.
And it’s really interesting because what happens is it literally floods your body with the fight-or-flight responses.
You’re oxygenating the hell out of your blood.
On top of that, it’s like pumping up your body to get the adrenaline to start rushing in.
The fifth item on this list is meditation.
As I’ve mentioned in my recent vlogs, I worked like 16 hours a day back when I was in Ubud.
I was creating my funnels in place, training the team to run the ads and systemizing everything.
What you didn’t know was I’ve been busting my ass off the entire time.
I was living in my head and just being too lodged and analytical.
But here’s the thing about life, it shouldn’t happen in your head.
YOU GOTTA LIVE YOUR LIFE IN YOUR BODY.
And I was able to do this through straight-up meditation for 20 minutes.
This is all about meditating on becoming the best version of myself.
WHAT ARE YOU GRATEFUL FOR?
How you do that is to think of three little things that you’re grateful for.
The problem with most people when they become an entrepreneur is the mindset of chasing a certain revenue goal.
And then when they hit that revenue goal, they allow themselves to be happy for just three seconds.
Then they’re depressed again until they hit the next revenue goal.
This is crazy bad for you. Yes, it’s good to set high goals. .
But if you’re on this feud or rat race and you’re just hitting a revenue goal for the five seconds of happiness instead of setting a higher revenue goal . .
Then you’re not really allowing yourself to be happy because if your income goes down, you’ll feel depressed even though you might be making like a lot of money.
I remember when I was tying my happiness to money, I would make a lot of it in the day.
And even if it dipped down like $1,000, even if it was like less than a hundred dollars a day . .
When it first started scaling, I just felt inadequate because I know deep inside I’m not hitting my goals.
So with meditation, it allows you to really enjoy your existence and the little things you are thankful for in life.
It’s that day where you don’t need that much money to be happy. .
You don’t need literally that much to be happy!
Because at the end of the day, money is just a unit of freedom that aids you to do what it is that you want to do.
Meditation is one of the ways to find reasons to be grateful for in life.
WHO ARE YOU GRATEFUL FOR?
The second thing that I do during meditation is to think of three people that I’m super grateful for.
When was the last time you told your parents that you love them?
When’s the last time you looked at your friend and you just appreciated them for the amazing energy that they give you on a day-to-day basis?
When was the last time that you actually were appreciative of the loving and caring people that are in your life?
Guys, you gotta be grateful for those little things.
Because at the end of the day, real wealth is in human connection.
As I do this second thing, I think of three people that I’m grateful for and then imagine a positive vibe towards them if I’m with them.
What that does is it puts you in a state of abundance which will allow you to actually succeed in any aspect of life like health, wealth, love and happiness.
It’s putting you at the onset of your morning in this abundance state where you could actually go after your goals and live your damn life!
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS?
The last three things that I meditate on are my goals.
Instead of aiming to get a certain revenue goal this month, I start imagining it as if it already happened.
That way when it actually does happen, I won’t be surprised because man, I’ve been imagining this since I was 18 years old. .
And it just so happened that as of recently, the thing that I was imagining every single day “as if I’ve already had it”, just started manifesting in the past couple of years.
It’s all about the mental preparation of two things:
First, the goal existing in the subconscious mental field and then the second one in reality.
Now for those who want something more of life, like if you want a better body . .
If you want more money . .
Or if you want to talk to that love of your life and you’re too afraid to do it…
Understand that it’s not going to happen first in the physical world unless you birth it in your mind.
The sixth thing that I do is to do journals.
People ask me how the hell am I just 24 years of age but yet I’m moving and compounding in crazy lightning speed.
Well here’s the thing that most people don’t understand . .
I FREAKING REVIEW MY SUCCESSES AND FAILURES!
Every single failure that I do, I note it down.
I then start asking myself how I could make it better.
The thing that you need to understand is that the more reference experiences that you have in any given situation, the better.
They become your reference points to make sure you avoid committing the same mistakes in the past.
Now the thing about me that people ask about each time they see me with a lot of random people in my vlogs and in my Instagram account . .
A lot of you guys are wondering how the heck am I meeting a bunch of these people when in fact, I just live and travel alone the entire time.
If you haven’t read or watched it yet, I wrote something about The Flinch in my recent blog, make sure to check it out!
The reason behind this is I literally force myself to talk to as many strangers throughout the day.
So if you ever see me in Bali, in Thailand and in the Philippines or Chicago and I make an eye contact with you, there’s most likely a 99% chance that I’m gonna say hi to you.
Because of the fact that I’m training my muscle to get into as many conversations as possible.
So once I note down those kind of experiences, I would actually review my failures the next day so that I can literally master this social interaction thing.
And that’s one of the biggest things that I’ve been focusing on most of the time.
I never said this before but…
Way back a long time ago, I’ve worked so hard for so long to a point that I distanced myself from like having relationships with a lot of people because I thought that only when I have that much amount of money will I allow myself to be happy, to make new friends, or go on freaking dates.
#7 TO-DO LIST
Now the last thing that I do, and this is probably the most important thing, is I write down the three things that I have to get done today.
Most people, they do a to-do list of like a hundred things and they get filled with anxiety when they realize they can’t get them all done.
But as for Tim Ferriss, he talked about only finding the three things to get done for the day.
Like if all you did today were those three things, your business would move forward.
And those three things for me are:
- Creating traffic
- Capturing leads
- Converting sales
So today, there’s only three things that you need to focus on guys.
In business, it’s all about creating traffic, capturing leads and converting sales.

If it’s in fitness, then make a to-do list of making sure you do your intermittent fasting, jump rope and hitting the compound exercises.
If you want to become more social, then ask yourself what are the three things that you need to do today to level up the game.
Literally cut it down to only THREE THINGS so that you can become more laser-focus at taking massive action to get them all done.
So guys, that’s really it.
