Can working out while intermittent fasting ruin your gains?
Short answer: hell no.
I’ve been intermittent fasting and working out now for the past 3 years and all I got to say is that it is one of the main reasons why I am able to maintain 8-10% body fat while I travel the world and while eating anything that I want.
I do not count calories.
I do not meal prep.
All I do is live my life.
And the secret to that is by finding out the optimal time frame on when you should be working out while intermittent fasting.
